The Manager, Creative Production & Animation, is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of audio, video, and animation projects. This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia production, advanced AI-driven workflows, excellent project management skills, a passion for storytelling through audio, video and animation and maintain strict adherence to organizational brand guidelines to deliver high-impact assets within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of audio, video, and animation projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, and team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Creative Direction:
  • Collaborate with creative lead, writers, and designers to develop compelling audio, video, and animation content.
  • Ensure that all projects align with the brand’s vision, style, and messaging.
  • Review and approve storyboards, scripts, and final edits to ensure creative excellence.
• Technical Oversight:
  • Direct and execute full-lifecycle video and photography production, including shooting, editing, pre and post-production.
  • Ensure rigorous alignment with company brand guidelines and executive creative direction.
  • Manage production timelines effectively to meet stringent project deadlines.
  • Utilize AI tools within Adobe Creative Suite (such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects) and relevant emerging software to streamline media workflows.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in audio, video, and animation production.
  • Ensure that all technical aspects of production, including equipment, software, and workflows, are up-to-date and efficient.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Review and provide feedback on rough cuts, final edits, and animations to ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Ensure that all content is compliant with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
• Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including freelancers, studios, and equipment providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure that vendors deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Reporting:
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Animation, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in audio/video production and animation. Creative agency background is preferrable.
