  • Lead and manage daily production activities to ensure production targets and schedules are achieved efficiently and safely. 
  • Oversee the complete manufacturing process, including milk reconstitution, evaporation, concentration, crystallization, canning, and packaging operations. 
  • Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), productivity improvement, yield optimization, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, HACCP, GMP, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Manage Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) programs and maintain audit-ready production documentation. 
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency. 
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production and operational challenges. 
  • Develop and coach production teams to build a strong culture of accountability, continuous improvement, quality, and safety. 
  • Monitor production KPIs and provide timely reporting to support operational decision-making.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of manufacturing experience in FMCG Food & Beverage, including at least 3 years in a Production Manager role.
  • Hands-on experience in dairy, condensed milk, or evaporated milk manufacturing is essential. 
  • Strong knowledge of production operations, food safety systems, GMP, HACCP, and continuous improvement methodologies. 
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team management capabilities. 
  • Experience with ERP systems and production performance management is preferred.

  • Proven ability to drive OEE improvement, yield optimization, productivity enhancement, and waste reduction initiatives.
