  • Lead and align Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Business Development under a unified eCommerce strategy and business direction
  • Translate performance data into clear strategic insights and actionable recommendations for management
  • Proactively identify risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities, with data-backed solutions
  • Ensure full alignment with company targets, OKRs, and profitability objectives
  • Act as a decision drှiver, taking ownership of key business decisions and outcomes
  • Define and execute brand and seller acquisition strategy aligned with category priorities
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and approve partnerships based on commercial viability and long-term value
  • Drive expansion into new channels (marketplaces, social commerce, partnerships) with strong ROI focus
  • Build and develop team capabilities in automation, analytics, and digital commerce excellence

  • 5–8+ years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Business, or Omnichannel Retail
  • Proven track record of owning revenue targets or full P&L responsibility
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset, beyond pure operations or marketing execution
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
  • Advanced analytical capability, with experience in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio)ှ management
  • Fluent in English and Myanmar
