Supervise engineering operations for SKD assembly, ensuring technical precision, production efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor line layout and process flows to identify technical improvements that can reduce assembly cycle times.
Collaborate with production, planning, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure material availability, production timelines, and continuous improvement of assembly workflows.
Troubleshoot and maintain 4M of production line equipment and prepare and supervise new model preparation.
Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and operational transparency.
Supervise, assign daily tasks to, and evaluate a team of technicians, electricians, and mechanics.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline; Master’s / advanced technical qualification preferred.
Minimum 8 or 4 years of experience in automotive manufacturing environment and minimum 5 or 2 years in supervisory position.
Strong understanding of automotive production systems, assembly processes, and engineering controls.
Demonstrated experience in planning and executing engineering process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Proficiency in engineering tools and MS Office.
