• Lead and manage end-to-end Telecom Civil Work projects from planning to completion and handover.
• Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, resources, and site activities to achieve project targets.
• Lead and control project teams, site engineers, supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, resource allocation, and project milestones.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors, including work scope, performance, progress, and coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, Project Teams, Engineers, Vendors, and Subcontractors throughout project execution.
• Prepare and present project progress reports and client updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
• Attend client/project meetings and effectively handle project issues, escalations, and corrective actions.
• Monitor project risks, delays, costs, materials, manpower, and overall project performance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, approved drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in Telecom Civil Works, Telecom Infrastructure, Tower Construction, or related projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Telecom Civil Works and infrastructure deployment.
• Proven experience in Team Management, Vendor/Subcontractor Management, Project Planning, and Resource Control.
• Strong experience in Client Coordination, Client Reporting, Client Relationship Management, and Project Meetings.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple sites/projects and work under tight project schedules.
