  • Identification, review and reporting on key controls, policies and procedures related to the management of operational risks
  • Collect market information as well as potential fraud data that may be encountered by the Bank
  • Analyze the data collected and advice the superiors on risk mitigation techniques
  • Work closely with business units to understand risk management and related operational risk issues
  • Perform risk assessments and gap analyses over operational risks
  • Develop and implement operational risk policies and procedures, with a focus on operational risk identification testing, scenario design, and operational risk measurement
  • Any other duties or projects assigned by line manager.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Economics (B.Com, B.Act, BBA) or related field. Preferred Master’s Degree.
  • Minimum three (3-5) years in a position within a financial institution in the area of Operational Risk
  • Other qualification (if applicable): Preferred: In addition to the above, ACCA or LCCI or Certificate in Banking & Finance or risk management related subjects.
  • Proficiency skill in Microsoft 365 Office Suites especially Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, multi-task and sense of urgency to work within aggressive timeframes
  • Strong interpersonal and team work skills and strong leadership and planning skills.
  • Critical thinking & Problem-solving skill.
