• Sampling and Analysis 

   

• Conduct quality assurance checking on the bottling line according to set sampling plan. 

• Analyze in-process and finished goods of product of Water, Blending and Bottling process according to set sampling plan. 

• Prepare Finished Goods Sample for monthly reference, external panel & Award sample 

• Prepare nonconformance report to the Assistant Manager/QA Manager and assist in developing corrective actions 

•  

  Operational 

• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates. 

• Perform assigned task by following written procedures and work instructions. 

• Monitor all processes involved in the production of all products. 

• Monitor and control the effective operation of the water treatment plant. 

• Maintain the safety and housekeeping (6S).  Ensure that the health and safety guideline are follows 

•  

  Trouble Shooting 

• Involve in the brainstorming to do corrective action to the products/processes of out of specification. 

• Ensure timely information about out of specification found to all teams involved.   

• Find out the cause of out of specification and to eliminate the recurrence of the root cause of problem by preventive action. 

• Prepare, assist and participate in daily/weekly nosing and tasting to monitor the quality of products. 

•  

  Nosing and Tasting 

• Good knowledge in quality management systems. 

• Good knowledge in Environmental  Management System    

• Good knowledge in Food Safety(GMP&HACCP)  Management System    

• Good knowledge in  OHS Management System    

• Good knowledge in Laboratory  Management System    

• Good skills and knowledge in statistics and analytical system.

• Product knowledge – Technical 

• Clear understanding and working knowledge of process and compliance quality systems 

• Knowledge of Packaging Materials  

• Raw Materials Product Characteristics 

• Alcohol regulation (health plus and advertising and marketing regulations), Consumer Protection Law 

• Active English (four skills). 

• MS Office (such as Microsoft’s Word, Excel and Power Point and etc.)

Preferably minimum a degree in Chemistry, IC, Food Technology, Bio-Chemistry or in food related fields and BE (Chemical) 

Min 1-year experience in FMCG lab or Food Industry Lab 

Any graduate and experience in food related fields with min 1 years’ experience.
