A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Prepare and verify all export/import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, customs declarations, licenses).
  • Apply for necessary licenses/permits / authorizations with relevant government bodies (MOC, MIC, FESC, DOF etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar import/export laws and any applicable foreign laws/regulations.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, warehouses to arrange transportation and storage.
  • Track shipments from origin to destination; monitor schedules and follow up on delays, damage or customs clearance issues.
  • Work closely with sales, procurement, production, warehouse and finance departments to ensure shipments match orders and billing.
  • Ensure all records are maintained accurately for auditing, legal, financial purposes.
  • Process documentation for the ROA Assay Lab, MLF, LBVD, and MOC to obtain import licenses.

  • Bachelor degree and preferred related diploma or certificate in Export & Import field.
  • 2-4 years experience in Export & Import field.
  • Good knowledge of import/export documentation, customs regulations, shipment tracking, freight forwarding.
  • Able to work under pressure; problem solving; coordination across departments; tracking and follow-ups.
