Job Summary

The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing all factory operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, safety compliance, and workforce management are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily factory operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules.
• Ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Control production costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor machine utilization, maintenance, and productivity.
• Lead and supervise production, warehouse, maintenance, and related teams.
• Implement workplace safety and compliance requirements.
• Analyze production performance and prepare management reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in stationery, plastic injection, or consumer goods manufacturing is preferred.

Skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning and inventory control.
• Understanding of quality management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Computer Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Language Skills
