Job Summary
Join Red Mountain Estate Vineyards & Winery in Nyaungshwe, Shan State, as a key member of our Food and Beverage team. You will help deliver warm, efficient service and a memorable guest experience in a scenic hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities
● Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit.
● Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
● Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality, hygiene, and presentation.
● Assist with table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area organization.
● Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues in a polite, timely manner.
● Support daily opening, closing, and stock-check routines as required.
● Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards at all times.

● Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or food and beverage service preferred.
● Good communication and customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
● Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards is an advantage.
● Team player with strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
● Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
● Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions and company procedures.
