Lead the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Monitor and review all records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions
Prepare and review management accounts and financial reports for senior management
Serve as company liaison with auditors
Manage company budgets and establish budget guidelines for all departments
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Forecast company finances and create financial models
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities.
Analyse financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to support business decisions.
Identifying ways for the organization to cut costs and increase profits
Enforcing policies and procedures that keep the company in compliance with financial regulations
Mediating between the organization, employees, and stakeholders on financial issues
Ensure compliance with Myanmar Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) are governed by the Myanmar Accountancy Council (MAC), and statutory requirements.
Manage statutory audits, tax filings (SAS), GST reporting, and regulatory submissions.
Maintain robust internal controls and financial governance.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Compiling financial data, creating reports and analyzing the financial health of the company
Take ownership of ongoing reports with validation and supporting documentation
Support budgeting, financial planning, and operational decision-making.
Provide financial analysis and insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Support strategic initiatives through financial modelling and business case evaluations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Review work, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of finance activities.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture with continuous improvement initiatives.
Review and improve finance processes through automation and digital transformation.
Assess financial risks
Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and corporate governance requirements
Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA preferred; MBA a plus
8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of SAS, taxation, and statutory requirements.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business partnering.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Experience with ERP systems such as MYOB.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
