  • Manage and oversee daily finance and accounting operations.

  • Supervise Senior Accountants, Accountants, and Cashiers.

  • Oversee AP, AR, cash & bank transactions, and inventory accounting.

  • Review journal entries, payment vouchers, invoices, reconciliations, and accounting records.

  • Prepare and review monthly financial and management reports.

  • Lead month-end/year-end closing and support audit requirements.

  • Monitor inventory controls and investigate discrepancies or variances.

  • Ensure proper accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial compliance.

  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments on financial matters.

  • Provide guidance and development to the finance team and report key financial issues to Management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • ACCA, CPA, LCCI Level 3, or equivalent qualification is preferred.

  • 3–6 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, including supervisory or managerial experience.

  • Strong experience in AP, AR, inventory, cash management, financial reporting, and month-end closing.

  • Good knowledge of ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

  • Experience in hospital, healthcare, or service-sector finance will be an advantage.
