• To support food innovation and new product development and product improvement projects by coordinating with internal team and external suppliers.
• Assist in recipe development, formulation and specification alignment.
• Arrange product testing, sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies.
• Record test results, trial feedback and improvement actions.
• Ensure timelines are met from development to commercialization
• Coordinate product trials, sample evaluations and pilots run with NPD team.
• Support new product development and product improvement initiatives.
• Support certification processes such as FSSC, GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc.
• Support launch readiness by coordinating with relevant teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. (Chemistry) ,B.Sc. (Industrial Chemistry), Food Technology or related field .
• 1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing, R&D, QA or new product development.
• Basic knowledge of food safety systems
• Understanding of ingredients functionality and processing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Power point,Word)
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
