-Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost savings, and productivity enhancement across fleet operations.
-Support the Fleet Manager in achieving departmental objectives, including fleet profitability, budget compliance, and overall business performance.

-Bachelor's in any degree
-Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fleet operations, transportation, logistics, or vehicle management.
-At least 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in leading drivers, fleet coordinators, or transportation teams.
-Experience in budget management, cost control, and fleet performance monitoring.
-Experience in handling vehicle accidents, insurance claims, and regulatory compliance matters.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Experience using GPS tracking systems, fleet management software, and vehicle monitoring systems.
-Ability to analyze fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and fleet utilization data.
-Strong team leadership and supervisory skills.
-Ability to manage drivers, fleet coordinators, and external service providers effectively.
