  • Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations at Head Office in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Control and monitor stock receiving, storage, and distribution processes across all branches.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and reconciliation.
  • Supervise and lead the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and improved performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and warehouse safety procedures.
  • Coordinate effectively with logistics, delivery teams, and other departments.
  • Monitor and support warehouse operations across branch locations.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports to management.
  • Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Travel to branch locations as required to oversee and support warehouse activities.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum (3–5) years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and inventory/warehouse management systems.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to branch locations when required.
