Fleet Manager
Gandamar Shwe Pyi Co., Ltd. is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to lead our fleet operations and support our strategic growth plan to expand our fleet capacity to 200–300 trucks and trailers.
Job Summary
The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing fleet performance, technical operations, business planning, and team leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall fleet operations, including truck & trailer maintenance, repair, and operational readiness.
Develop preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and improve fleet reliability.
Monitor fleet utilization, fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, and operational KPIs.
Drive cost optimization, productivity improvement, and transportation efficiency.
Develop fleet expansion strategies, annual plans, and operational budgets.
Prepare management reports, performance analysis, and improvement initiatives.
Lead and develop fleet teams including mechanics, drivers, and supervisors.

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Fleet Management, Trucking, or Transportation Operations.
Strong technical knowledge of trucks, trailers, and heavy vehicles.
Experience in fleet planning, budgeting, and operational strategy development.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
