🔵 Manage and maintain accurate records of all office supplies and materials stock.
🔵 Proactively place orders for office supplies, stationery, and other necessary materials for the organization.
🔵 Oversee the procurement process for various materials supplied to the organization. 
🔵 Prepare and process payment requests for the Managing Director's approval and ensure timely follow-up.
🔵 Responsible for the maintenance of all office assets, ensuring they are in good working condition and accurately recorded.
🔵 Manage the office building and warehouse facilities, including overseeing contracts, maintenance schedules, and general upkeep.
🔵 Arrange and book travel tickets and hotel accommodations for local business trips.
🔵 Maintain comprehensive documentation of all administrative processes and procedures.
🔵 Prepare regular reports on material usage, including petrol consumption for company vehicles and generators.
🔵 Compile and submit weekly and monthly administrative reports to the manager.
🔵 Provide necessary administrative support to branches as requested.
🔵 Collaborate in organizing and supporting company-wide sports and other organizational activities.
🔵 Follow instructions and efficiently handle other administrative tasks as per situational requirements.
