Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and expansion plans
• Identify new market opportunities, trends, and customer demands in the jewellery industry
• Set annual budgets, targets, and KPIs

2. Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations including retail, wholesale, and production processes
• Ensure efficient workflow across departments (Sales, Production, Finance, HR, Admin)
• Monitor inventory management (gold, diamonds, gemstones) and minimize loss or wastage

3. Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners

4. Team Leadership & HR Management

• Lead, motivate, and manage department heads and staff
• Establish performance management systems and staff development plans
• Recruit, train, and retain talented employees

5. Brand & Customer Experience

• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Maintain brand image, showroom standards, and product quality
• Oversee marketing activities (online & offline branding, campaigns)

6. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies
• Manage business risks including security of high-value inventory
• Maintain ethical standards and corporate governance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in retail, luxury goods, or jewellery industry
• Proven experience in senior management or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of jewellery products (gold, diamonds, gemstones) is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Strong financial and analytical skills
