Key Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Management:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Develop and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and expenditure plans.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and management reports.
• Manage and oversee daily operations of the sales department.
• Monitor key account performance and sales trends.
• Establish and manage sales channels, brokers, and partnerships.
• Lead, supervise, and monitor Sales & Marketing team performance to ensure KPIs and targets are achieved.
• Develop sales strategies and promotional programs to maximize revenue and profitability.
Marketing Management:
• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and budgets.
• Oversee online and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads and strengthen brand awareness.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing activities and brand campaigns.
• Evaluate campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Expand market share and strengthen the company’s competitive position.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
General Management:
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Engineering, and other departments to align business strategies.
• Participate in key negotiations for major contracts and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Prepare and present periodic business performance reports.
• Train, coach, and develop sales and marketing teams.
