Job Summary
Lead Automotic Service as General Manager, driving business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across automotive services. You will oversee teams, performance, and strategic initiatives to deliver strong results.

Key Responsibilities
● Define and execute business strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
● Lead daily operations, improve processes, and ensure high service standards across all functions.
● Manage and develop department leaders, building a strong, accountable, and motivated team.
● Monitor financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and key business metrics for decision-making.
● Strengthen customer relationships and support a premium experience throughout the service journey.
● Coordinate with sales, service, and support teams to drive efficiency and business performance.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Automotive, or a related field.
● Proven experience in a managerial or general management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
● Solid understanding of operations, budgeting, sales performance, and customer service management.
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
● Ability to work in Yangon and manage business priorities in a dynamic environment.
