1. Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Formulate, implement, and adjust long-term business strategy to ensure operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across functional teams including supply chain, finance, legal, sales, and technical operations.
• Establish company-wide KPIs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance standards.
• Manage operational risk, statutory compliance, and safety standards.

2. Project & Portfolio Management

• Direct and approve master planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for core projects.
• Track milestone delivery, budget adherence, and quality control across engineering, construction, IT, or expansion initiatives.
• Conduct high-level vendor/contractor negotiations, procurement reviews, and contract management.
• Intervene directly to resolve project bottlenecks, scope changes, and contract variances.

3. Financial & Resource Management

• Maintain full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility, approving operating expenditure (OpEx) and capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets.
• Review financial reporting, performance variances, cash flow forecasts, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Maximize resource utilization across project teams and ongoing operational divisions.

4. Team Development & Stakeholder Relations

• Coach, mentor, and evaluate direct reports (department leads and project managers) to build a high-performing talent pipeline.
• Serve as the primary operational representative to external stakeholders, key enterprise clients, government regulatory bodies, and joint-venture partners.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to break down organizational silos.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Financial: Net profit margins, revenue growth, CapEx/OpEx budget adherence.
• Project Delivery: On-time project completion rate, schedule variance (SV), cost variance (CV), quality sign-off rates.
• Operational: Process cycle time reduction, compliance audit pass rates, overall equipment/operational efficiency.
• People: Key personnel retention rate, employee productivity metrics.

Specifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Master of Business Administration (MBA) or PMP certification preferred.

10+ years of progressive managerial experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive or P&L-owning role.

Advanced P&L analysis, contract negotiation, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and project portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Executive leadership, risk mitigation, crisis management, dynamic resource allocation, multi-stakeholder negotiation.
