We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead design projects in a fast-paced commercial print production environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality print materials including packaging, labels and social media ads.
  • Oversee prepress processes, ensuring all files meet technical specifications for various printing methods (flexo, digital, large format).
  • Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure design accuracy, feasibility, and efficiency.
  • Color correct and proof files to meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience in a commercial printing environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
  • Strong knowledge of prepress, color management (CMYK, Pantone), bleed, trapping, imposition, etc.
  • Experience working with die cuts, varnishes, foil, etc.
  • Understanding of print production workflows (flexo and digital).
  • Ability to handle tight schedules.
  • Good customer service mindset and communication skills.
