To lead and oversee the overall administrative functions of the organization by developing efficient systems, managing resources, ensuring compliance, and providing operational support to enable smooth business operations across all locations. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Administrative Systems & Processes Management & Development 

2. Team Management & Development 

3. Office Operations & Facilities Management 

4. Procurement & Vendor Management 

5. Budget & Financial Management 

6. Compliance & Safety Management

7. Site Visits & Field Support

8. Reporting & Other Duties as assigned

  • Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred). 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the administration field.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading administrative teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Solid administration management expertise. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
