About the Role

Head of Business will drive the commercial engine of our new 2-wheeler business, leading market execution across sales, dealer networks, and after-sales readiness to establish a strong market presence from the ground up.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end sales strategy execution and manage total market performance

• Build and govern the dealer network, including onboarding, capability building, and performance monitoring

• Oversee after-sales operations readiness, focusing on service direction and customer experience standards

• Drive sales operations, including pipeline management, territory coordination, and execution tracking

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on product rollout and go-to-market readiness

• Build and lead a lean operating team focused on high ownership and result-oriented rhythms

• Ensure operational discipline across all commercial functions (excluding production and financing)

Requirement

• Minimum 6 to 7 years of working experience within Dealer Development across regions

• Proven leadership experience specifically within the motorcycle / 2-wheeler or 3-wheeler industry in Myanmar

• Strong expertise in dealer-led sales models, channel development, and field execution.

• Hands-on capability to operate effectively in a lean, startup-style setup with fast decision cycles

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and performance governance skills

• Commercial mindset with a proven track record of translating strategy into ground-level action
