  1. Managing the medical promotions team of Yangon and the whole Myanmar to establish new customers, doctors, creating demand and implement strategy to increase market penetration that meet short- and long-term business objective.
  2. Supervise the teams effectively to promote the medical products of POM /OTC that get more market share; market routes, in aligning to the KPI.
  3. Developing the action plans to increase the business and managing and leading the sales and marketing team to achieve the target and excel to business growth.
  4. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned
  5. Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies
  6. Building a high-performing promotion team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
  7. Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities.
  8. Supporting the team as Medical Society Event Management and other medical activities support such as scientific seminars, symposiums, launches, Journal reading, round table discussion, arrangement and management of CME.
  9. Involving in strategy planning and training for people skill excellence and monitor the team KPI and achievement.
  10. Reviewing weekly, monthly sales achievements of whole national and providing inputs and analytical view to the teams.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  1. Must have an M.B,B.S or B.Pharm degree and Master of Business Administration is an asset.
  2. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office –Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
  3. At least 10 years of the Sales & Marketing experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
  4. Minimum five to seven years’ experience in a managerial capacity
  5. Excellent communication, leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
  6. Strong ability to collaborate well with other departments to accomplish the targets 
  7. Able to travel national wise
