Plan, organize, and supervise all engineering and maintenance activities for cold storage, processing, and export facilities.

Ensure the efficient operation of refrigeration systems, cold rooms, generators, electrical systems, and production equipment.

Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.

Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement measures.

Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted cold chain operations.

Inspect engineering works and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Manage engineering projects, equipment installation, upgrades, and facility expansion activities.

Prepare maintenance budgets, technical reports, and spare parts requirements for management review.

Lead and develop the engineering team through training, supervision, and performance management.

Perform other engineering and technical duties assigned by senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, or a related engineering field.

Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, preferably in cold storage, manufacturing, or fisheries operations.

Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and industrial equipment.

Good understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting.

Able to respond to emergency breakdowns.
