In this role, the individual will be responsible for driving and cascading digital strategy and roadmap, Long term plan and EBP planning , define solution architecture and support deployment of the digital solutions for end to end processes in the CCPBM.

 

Job Description

  • Digital Business Partner to SC Stakeholders – Working closely with respective SC stakeholders ( Supply Chain Director, Supply Chain Excellence Lead, Capacity & Supply Planning Lead, Manufacturing Lead, Logistics Lead, Project Engineering & Execution & Packaging Lead and QSE Lead) to align with digital strategy & roadmap for the Implementation.
  • Digital Business Partner to Commercial Stakeholders – Working closely with Commercial stakeholders (Commercial Director, General Trade Head , Route-to-Market Head, Key Account/Modern Trade Head, Distributor Management Lead, and eB2B Operation Lead) to align digital strategy and roadmap with business growth objectives. This role will drive digital initiatives such as Sales Force Automation (SFA), Distributor Management Systems (DMS), eB2B platforms, and analytics solutions to enhance sales productivity, customer engagement, and market execution.
  • Digital Business Partner to Finance Stakeholders – Collaborating closely with Finance stakeholders (CFO, Financial Planning & Analysis Lead, Controlling Lead, Treasury Lead, and Internal Audit Lead) to align digital strategy and roadmap with financial governance, performance management, and compliance requirements. This role will drive the implementation of finance digital solutions such as RPA , financial planning tools, reporting automation, and data analytics to improve accuracy, transparency, and decision-making.
  • Digital Business Partner to People (HR) Stakeholders – Partnering closely with People & Culture stakeholders (HR Director, HR BP Lead , Talent & Development Lead, Rewards Lead, and Employee Service Lead) to align digital strategy and roadmap with workforce transformation and people initiatives. This role drives the implementation of HR digital platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, HRIS, workforce analytics, Learning Management) to enable talent management, performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement
  • Drive alignment between the IT Strategy and Digital Roadmap align with the Organization’s Strategy Map, ensuring all technology initiatives directly support and accelerate business strategic objectives.
  • Lead the planning, management, and governance of IT budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX, across digital transformation initiatives, cybersecurity, and technical operations. Ensure effective financial planning, cost optimization, and continuous monitoring of budget versus actual expenditures, with timely variance analysis and corrective actions to support business and strategic objectives.
  • Lead vendor relationship and contract management for IT services and digital initiatives, ensuring effective contract governance, timely reviews, and optimal value delivery. Drive vendor performance management, compliance with contractual obligations, and continuous optimization of vendor engagements to support business and strategic objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in leadership, strategic business partnering, or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, and business partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of IT budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX), vendor management, and enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing IT vendors, contracts, and service delivery to ensure business value and performance.
  • PMP, Agile, ITIL, SAP ERP, or Data Analytics certifications are preferred.
