- Report to Head of Cleaning

- Prepare working schedule and task to the housekeepers as follows:
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-yearly and Annually
- Additional schedule as follows:
- Areas affected by renovation works
- Ground floor and lift lobby on rainy days
- Ad-hoc cleaning requests
- Big cleaning
- Special Events
- Prepare cleaning schedule for specific areas during weekends and holidays as follows:
- Advisor, VIP, Management and Guest Rooms
- Board Meeting Room
- Doors and Windows
- Management Private Partitions
- Meeting and Training Rooms
- Three (8) Lifts and Lift Halls
- Lobby Area, Canteen and pantry
- Rooftop, Car parking, Gardens, Roads and walkways
- Curtains and blinds
- Prepare cleaning schedule specific areas under the COMPANY supervision as follows:
- Server Rooms and Data Center
- Compactus and Store Rooms
- Bidding Room
- Emergency Room
- Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required by the COMPANY
- Responsible for other assignments by the COMPANY

- Citizen of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar is preferable
- Male/female, age between 25 – 40 years
- Good personality
- Basic English communication skills
-  Bachelor's degree with at least one (3) year experience in housekeeping supervisor position
- No health problems
- No criminal records or pending court cases
- Not consume illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, smoking, chewing betel nut, and gambling
- Must be polite with gentle manner and ready follow the instructions from the COMPANY
