  • Lead the deployment and configuration, and support for Oracle Opera Property Management System (PMS) solutions in hotels and restaurants.
  • Install, configure, and test Opera and Micros systems, ensuring smooth integration with other hotel third-party solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Conduct training sessions for hotel and restaurant staff on system usage and best practices.
  • Work closely with hotel IT teams, finance, and operations to optimize PMS functionalities.
  • Assist with upgrades, patches, and maintenance of Opera and Micros systems to ensure stability and security.
  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing consultancy for system improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Oracle Opera PMS and Micros POS (configuration, implementation, or support)/ any other related PMS or POS System.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including reservations, front office, billing, and F&B management.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases, networking, and IT security is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to interact with hotel/restaurant teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide on-site and remote support when needed.
