Job Description
Oversee all HR and administrative functions of the fitness club.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, staff training, and employee records.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Support staff performance reviews and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Manage vendors and service providers (cleaning, equipment servicing, maintenance contractors).
Oversee gym facility maintenance, ensuring equipment and premises are well maintained and safe for members.
Coordinate procurement of supplies and operational needs.
Handle administrative operations and office management.
Assist management with HR planning and operational improvements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in HR/Admin or operations management.
Experience managing vendors, facility maintenance, or service providers is an advantage.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
