* Utilize LinkedIn, TikTok, and other recruitment or social media platforms for talent sourcing and employer branding.
* Verify and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
* Manage and process resignation, termination, and dismissal documents.
* Update promotion and salary increment records in the HRIS system.
* Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding activities.
* Support HR team management and oversee daily HR operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Department Head.
