Key Responsibilities and Duties
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage fingerprint setup for new staff attendance registration.
Coordinate with the design and purchasing teams for staff ID badge creation.
Act as the focal point for health insurance enrollment for Myanmar staff upon joining the organization.
Support Myanmar staff offboarding, liaise final settlement and maintaining accurate records in the SCR.
International Staff Administration
Support and liaise with agencies for international staff housing arrangements.
Insurance & Benefits Administration
Coordinate with the insurance company to update staff lists (additions and removals) in line with staffing changes.
Handle AIA withdrawals for staff at the end of each month.
Prepare Myanmar staff insurance contracts and process related payments.
Attendance & Reporting
Monitor daily staff attendance and escalate system-related issues for same-day resolution where possible.
Prepare bi-weekly attendance reports on lateness and absences, highlighting high Bradford Factor scores with recommended action plans for management reporting.
Employee Engagement & HR Activities
Organize and conduct monthly staff birthday celebrations.
Support staff engagement activities.
General HR Support
Assist the Head of Department (HOD) with ad hoc HR tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum (3) years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in Myanmar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and external agencies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
