• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field
• Minimum ( 3 ) years of relevant HR experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations
• Good English communication skills (you will work closely with international teams)
• Strong experience in recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition processes
• Good understanding of payroll processing, salary structure, and labor compliance
• Knowledge of labor law and payroll practices in Cambodia, Thailand, and Malaysia is a strong advantage
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy in reporting and calculations
• Calm, positive, and professional attitude in handling daily work challenges
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Professional, proactive, and responsible with strong teamwork spirit
