We are looking for HR Executive with one of the HR Consulting Companies in Yangon, Myanmar. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including coordinating HR-related inquiries, managing employee records, and liaising with governmental offices to ensure compliance with local labor laws.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, review and response to the HR related inquiries or requests
  • Communicate and corporate with internal cross-functional teams
  • Collect, analyse, and create report for attendance, Leave and Overtime records
  • Prepare, update and validate the Employment Contract for the Projects
  • Prepare and submit for the Monthly SSB reports
  • Support the documentation for the claim process of SSB and Insurance
  • Liaise between the Project HR and the Offices such as TLO, SSB, etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources and/or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 year of working experience in HR field
  • Effective communication skills 
  • In-depth knowledge in Myanmar Labor Law and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel) and Google products (Gmail, Meet, Drive, etc)
  • Able to works under pressure and meets deadlines   
  • Ability to work effectively as a Team member
