Job Summary
A proactive HR Executive to support Shwe Lann Gold Shop’s people operations in Mandalay. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and daily HR coordination to help build a positive, efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities
● Support end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
● Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation accurately and confidentially
● Assist with HR policies, employee relations, and day-to-day administrative support
● Coordinate training activities, staff orientation, and performance review follow-ups
● Handle employee queries and support a positive workplace culture
● Prepare HR reports and coordinate with other departments on staffing needs

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
● 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or generalist HR roles

● Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
● Proficient in MS Office; HR software knowledge is an advantage
● Able to manage confidential information with professionalism
● Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks
● Preference for candidates based in Mandalay, especially Pyigyitagon
