• Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with approved manpower requirements.
• Proactively source and secure candidates for urgent and critical positions.
• Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and
headhunting.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate closely with department heads to address manpower gaps and business priorities.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and vacancy fulfillment.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Strengthen employer branding by promoting company culture and career opportunities.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports for management review.
• Monitor hiring progress, urgent vacancies, and manpower alignment with business plans.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and probation management for new hires.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Support employee relations, retention initiatives, and exit interview analysis.
