Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions related to Japanese business operations, including Japanese-speaking staff, teachers, office staff, marketing staff, student coordinators, and agency employees.
Develop recruitment strategies to attract candidates suitable for Japanese companies and Japanese workplace environments.
Prepare job descriptions, manpower planning, and recruitment plans based on Japanese market demand.
 Develop talent acquisition strategies for bilingual and Japanese-speaking candidates.
 Maintain employee records, employment contracts, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation accurately and confidentially .
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards are properly implemented.
 Manage probation evaluations, employment confirmations, and employee performance tracking.
 Coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and KPI performance evaluation systems.
 Support workforce planning and talent development to meet the staffing needs of Japanese clients and partner companies.
 Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, company regulations, and Japanese business expectations where applicable .
Develop and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal procedures.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee and company information
