  • Lead, mentor, and elevate the internal HR team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance
  • Serve as the final authority on critical HR matters, including structural reorganizations, talent allocation, and the resolution of complex employee relations issues

•Age Between (30 - 35)
•Bachelor’s Degree (HRM, HRD, BMA, or Business Diploma preferred)
•Minimum 6-8 years in HR and 3– years in HR Manager role
•Handle in across all HR functions (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training, Employee Relations, etc.).
•Experience handling multi-branch or multi-unit operations preferred
•Experience in trading / retail / distribution companies
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, and email
•Familiar with HR systems or ERP
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong leadership and team management
