•    Keeping day-to-day activities organised
•    Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual according to ISO standard
•    Resolving disputes between employees
•    To support HR strategy in implementing various HR Initiatives 
•    To support and influence change management to ensure internal HR Transformation.
•    To support the delivery for end to end HR Services and standardize processes across the Department.
•    To support and coordinate all Employee Relations procedures with support from HR Operations on disciplinary, grievance, performance management and redundancies, conducting Exit interviews, coordinating the employee’s exit from the organization and tracking status of full & final settlement, Training and development 
•    According to the ISO Management System, Flow Charts and Guidelines must be strictly followed.

•    Any Graduate; prefer in MBA or Diploma in Human Resources Management
•    Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR and Administration
•    Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
•    Experience in working with similar organizations or institutions will be an added advantage;
•    Should be able to work independently in a diverse environment 
•    Strong understanding of and the ability to interpret and action labor laws.
•    Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
•    Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
•    High level verbal and written communications skills 
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office 
•    Proficiency in English
