  • Ensure total compliance with the Myanmar Labor Law, including contracts, overtime regulations, and factory act requirements.
  • Lead internal HR audits to maintain accurate personnel records, leave balances, and documentation as required by law.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies (Training & Development, Code of Conduct) that align with company strategy.
  • Design and execute corporate events, welfare programs, and training initiatives .
  • Manage accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal compensation policies.
  • Oversee timekeeping, attendance tracking, and shift rotation schedules to ensure operational continuity.
  • Prepare and presentation for weekly and monthly report.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is a strong plus.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • In-depth understanding of Myanmar Labor Law and social security regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, tracking) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong conflict resolution, leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
