Job Purpose

Lead the development, implementation, and governance of the company's Human Resources strategy, policies, systems, and initiatives across all Business Units. Ensure HR practices are standardized, legally compliant, and aligned with business objectives while driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate HR strategies, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Standardize HR policies, procedures, systems, and governance across all Business Units.
• Lead recruitment strategy, talent acquisition, employer branding, and senior-level hiring.
• Design and oversee performance management frameworks, including job descriptions, KPIs, KRAs, and appraisal systems.
• Develop compensation, grading, payroll governance, and employee benefits frameworks.
• Drive learning, leadership development, organizational development, and succession programs.
• Promote employee engagement, positive employee relations, and company culture while providing guidance on disciplinary and labor matters.
• Lead HR digital transformation through HRIS implementation, automation, reporting, and data governance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, HR audits, and risk management practices.
• Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, and executive reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Business Unit HR teams while coordinating cross-functional HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree and professional HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, etc.) are preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a corporate HR leadership role supporting multiple Business Units or group companies.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy, organization design, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, organizational development, HRIS, HR analytics, labor law compliance, governance, and change management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, coaching, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS/ERP systems, and HR reporting tools.
• Fluent in Myanmar and English (preferred).
