  • Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies (Job Posting, Candidate Screening, Onboarding)
  • Timely and accurate payroll processing. 
  • Monitor daily attendance and leave records to ensure they are ready for monthly payroll processing.
  • Uphold strict adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements while optimizing HR workflows for peak operational efficiency.
  • Assist the HR Manager with specialized projects and high-priority administrative tasks to support departmental goals.
  • Input employee data (new hires, terminations, promotions) into the HR system or tracking spreadsheets.
  • Help distribute updated company policies and training notifications to various departments.
  • Ensure all HR activities align with the Myanmar Labor Law

  • Any Graduate with HR Diploma or Certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevent HR experience in recuitment and payroll.
  • Good understanding of Word, Excel, Power Point.

  • Strong coordination and communication skill.

  • Team- oriented with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
