Purpose - LMS Marketing Intern supports the planning and execution of LMS marketing activities aimed at improving learner engagement and participation. This role focuses on supporting marketing strategy implementation, and campaign coordination.

LMS Campaign Support

● Assist in executing LMS marketing campaigns and learning initiatives

● Support monthly learning themes and campaign rollouts

● Help coordinate internal announcements and LMS promotions

● Follow campaign schedules and support timely execution

Content Support for Marketing Activities

● Create simple promotional materials (posters, banners, slides) using Canva or PowerPoint

● Support preparation of LMS announcements and email content

● Assist in updating LMS course visuals and descriptions

Engagement Activities Support

● Support gamification activities (quizzes, challenges, learning weeks)

● Help track participation in learning campaigns

● Assist in learner engagement activities (polls, feedback forms)

Reporting Support

● Prepare basic weekly summaries (enrollment numbers, participation updates)

● Assist in collecting campaign performance data

● Support creation of simple visual reports (charts/tables)

Education

● Undergraduate student or recent graduate

● Preferred fields: Marketing, HR / L&D, Business Administration, Communication / Media

Technical Skills

● Basic Canva / PowerPoint design skills

● Basic Excel knowledge

● Good communication skills

● Interest in digital marketing or learning systems

Soft Skills

● Willingness to learn

● Team collaboration

● Creativity (basic level)

● Time management
