We are seeking experienced Interior Decoration Engineers to take ownership of site supervision, ensuring that all interior projects are executed flawlessly. 
Key responsibilities 

  • Site supervision to oversee day to day operations. 
  • Coordination between project manager, designer, finance and site operations.
  • Tineline management to meet deadlines
  • Budget control not to go beyond the cost ceiling while undergoing for quality.
  • Quality assurance by conducting regular site inspections 
  • Reporting to senior to make required decisions promptly by providing site status, budget utilization and upcoming requirements.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Buchelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or closely related fields
  • proven track record working as a site engineer, project engineer or similar role especially with interior decoration industry in Myanmar.
  • Technical know how to read and interpret drawings, renderings and technical blue prints. 
  • Demonstrated experience in managing project budgets, estimating materials costs and strict timeline execution
  • Capacity to monitor and support multiple active project sites simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage between different parties.
