  • Review MEP design drawings (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) and check shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals.

  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and method statements.

  • Monitor contractors’ performance and productivity.

  • Prepare and track MEP work schedules and identify delays and propose recovery plans.

  • Monitor daily/weekly progress against the project timeline.

  • Ensure all MEP works comply with site safety regulations.

  • Ensure work follows approved drawings and method statements and control contractors and daily site activities.

  • Supervise testing of systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and support final project completion and client handover.

  • Provide MEP technical support and training and ccoordinate with contractors and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  • Ensure all MEP works meet specifications and standards and conduct inspections and testing checks.

  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and ELV.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD (will be an advantage)

  • Strong experience in site supervision and installation methods.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams.
  • Familiar with material control and site logistics.
  • Identify and resolve technical and site issues quickly.

     

  • Good communication skills in English.
