Key Responsibilities

  • Design solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Conduct site surveys and technical feasibility studies.
  • Prepare single-line diagrams (SLD), layouts, BOQ, and technical calculations.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Review and approve engineering documents and technical reports.
  • Support tender preparation and technical proposals.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
  • Stay updated with solar technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of energy storage systems (ESS).

  • Good project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to travel for site inspections and project supervision.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
