Job Description 

  • Supervise and carry out transformer insulation works according to drawings and standards
  • Control insulation materials and ensure proper insulation quality
  • Prepare insulation for drying processes and testing requirements
  • Identify insulation defects and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate with Engineering, QC, Production, and Testing teams
  • Guide technicians and ensure safety, 5S, and factory procedures

Job Specification

  • BE Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 2 years experience in related field
  • Knowledge of transformer insulation systems and materials
  • Able to read transformer and GA drawings
  • Good coordination, supervision, and reporting skills
  • Able to work under factory production pressure
