International Trade Assistant

Prepare sales and purchase contracts for international suppliers and buyers in English.
Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with suppliers when it is beneficial to the company.
Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs based on quarterly and annual numbers.
Answer outside inquiry about company products and services by phone, by person and by email. 
Response the emails necessary forwarded by MD, CEO and GM under the instruction of relevant person. 
Able to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs.
 Maintain strong relationship with suppliers and buyers.
