Accurately enter daily stock-in and stock-out data into the Odoo ERP system.
Prepare stock balance sheets and inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
Perform regular physical stock counts at the warehouse and reconcile them with the system records.

Minimum (1) year of experience using Odoo or similar ERP software.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (specifically VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
Fast and accurate computer typing skills (both text and data/numbers).
High attention to detail and strong reliability in managing data and spreadsheets.
