To ensure efficient, timely, and accurate delivery and collection operations while maintaining high customer satisfaction and minimizing errors or delays. To manage, train, and improve the performance of the delivery team and optimize operational processes for better productivity and cost efficiency.

Supervise daily delivery and collection operations


•   Manage delivery staffs, collectors and drivers


•   Ensure products are delivered on time and accurately


•   Monitor cash/payment collection from customers

•   Prepare delivery schedules, route planning, and operational plans


•   Develop effective ways and strategies to improve delivery performance


•   Conduct team training and coaching programs regularly

•   Train staff on SOPs, customer service, and operational procedures


•   Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement


•   Handle customer complaints and delivery issues professionally


•   Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations departments


•   Maintain delivery records and prepare daily/weekly reports

•   Ensure company policies, discipline, and safety procedures are followed


•   Track pending deliveries and collections and ensure timely completion

•    Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or operations management


•    Experience in supervising teams, drivers, or field staff is preferred


•    Experience in handling delivery scheduling, collection, and customer service


•    Proven ability to manage daily operations and improve team performance


•    Bachelor’s degree in any field (Logistics, or related field preferred).

•    Diploma in Management or Logistics is an advantage, Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting tools).
